Ruler's Birthday Respects: Kenny Dalglish knighted, Anthony Joshua moves toward becoming OBE

Liverpool and Scotland legend Kenny Dalglish has been knighted in the Ruler's Birthday Respects list.

From 'King Kenny' to 'Sir Kenny'
